摘 要:为了更合理地预测空压机结构振动特性,对CZ60/30型往复式压缩机进行有限元数值模拟,研究激励力施加方式对机体振动特性的影响。首先建立空压机机体有限元模型,并计算空压机机体受到的主要激励力。在进行活塞侧推力和气体力对气缸内壁的激励加载时,按照等活塞行程和等运行时间两种方式将一个运动周期分成10部分,分析不同激励力施加方式对计算结果的影响。结果显示等活塞行程分段方式仿真结果更能反映空压机低频振动特性,计算结果与实验数据较为吻合,证明了计算方法的可行性。In order to predict the structural vibration characteristics of air compressors more reasonably, the finite element numerical simulation of the CZ60/30 reciprocating compressor is carried out and the influence of the excitation force loading form on the vibration characteristics of the compressor ′ s body is studied. Firstly, the finite element model of the air-compressor ′ s body is established and its main excitation force is calculated. When adding the thrust of the piston side and the gas pressure to the inner wall of the cylinder as the excitation, the motion cycle is divided into 10 parts according to the two ways of equal piston stroke and the equal piston operation time, so as to analyze the influence of different excitation force loading forms on the calculation results. It is shown that the simulation results of the equal piston stroke segmentation method can better reflect the low-frequency vibration characteristics of the air compressor. And the results of the computational simulations agree well with the experimental data, which proves the feasibility of the calculation method.
