摘 要:对广泛存在的工频噪声,采用加窗插值方法开展研究,以抑制振动信号的工频噪声。首先,对比分析矩形窗、汉宁窗和六项余弦窗三种典型窗函数的特征;其次,采用数值仿真方法分析窗函数对插值计算结果的影响,当工频噪声频谱与有用成分频谱的间距不同时应选用不同的窗函数;最后,将加窗插值法用于实测振动信号的工频噪声抑制,当振动信号加汉宁窗时工频噪声的插值计算结果最准确,工频噪声抑制效果最好。数值仿真和工程应用表明加窗插值法用于振动信号工频噪声抑制是有效的。Power frequency noise interference exists widely in engineering. In this paper, a windowed interpolation method is introduced to suppress power frequency noise of vibration signals. Firstly, three typical window functions, including rectangular window, Hanning window and 6-term cosine window, are compared to select an appropriate function from them. Secondly, the numerical simulation method is used to analyze the influence of the window function on the interpolation results of the power frequency noise. It is found that different window function should be chosen when the spectrum spacing between power frequency noise and useful components of vibration signal is different. Finally, the windowed interpolation method is applied to actual engineering vibration signal to suppress its power frequency noise. It is found that the interpolation result of vibration signal is the most accurate with the use of Hanning window. Numerical simulation and engineering application show that the windowed interpolation method is effective for power frequency noise suppression.
