摘  要:某乘用车搭载1.0T三缸发动机,匹配湿式双离合(DCT)变速箱,在怠速工况存在敲击异响问题。通过研究分析推测该怠速异响可能是由双质量飞轮内部产生。为进一步解决该怠速异响问题,采集整车怠速工况下的转速波动信号作为双质量飞轮仿真模型的激励源。基于AMESim软件搭建双质量飞轮的怠速工况下的多自由度动力学仿真模型,通过仿真分析确定双质量飞轮的次级质量转动惯量、扭转刚度、基础阻尼力矩及自由转角对发动机扭振衰减效果的影响,得到该异响问题的解决方案并进行试验验证。结果表明,在一定的基础阻尼范围内,增大双质量飞轮的自由转角可以有效降低双质量飞轮的怠速敲击异响。A passenger car, which is equipped with a 1.0T three-cylinder engine and matched with a wet-type DCT gearbox, has the problem of abnormal knocking noise under the idle condition. Through the analysis, it is inferred that the abnormal noise may be caused by the inside of the dual mass flywheel(DMF). In order to further solve the problem of abnormal noise under the idle condition, the speed fluctuation signal of the passenger car under the idle condition is collected and used as the excitation source of the simulation model of DMF. The multi-DOF dynamics simulation model of the DMF under idle condition was established based on AMESim software. The influence of secondary flywheel inertia, torsional stiffness,base damping moment and free angle on engine torsional vibration attenuation are determined, and the solution of the abnormal noise problem is obtained and verified by experiments. The results show that in a certain range of base damping moment, increasing the free angle of the DMF can effectively reduce the abnormal knocking noise of the DMF under the idle condition.
