摘 要:为探究一种新型组合式抗性消声器的阻力损失特性及消声特性,对其主要结构进行差异化设计及性能分析对比。首先确定新型组合式抗性消声器主要组成结构,接着对其中过渡管、对冲孔、内插管结构进行差异化设计,给出8种不同的消声器结构方案,利用FLUENT及COMSOL仿真软件分别对1至8号消声器内部流场及消声特性进行仿真求解,并进行对比分析其压力损失特性及消声特性,最后选定2号消声器方案并制成样机,进行试验验证。结果表明新型组合式抗性消声器有无插入管结构对其性能影响最大,有插入管结构在压力损失及消声性能上都比无插入管结构优异,过渡管结构及对冲孔结构的差异在于压力损失,其影响较小,而锥形过渡管在消声性能上会在680 Hz出现较好的二次消声峰值,新型组合式抗性消声器具有良好的压力损失及宽频的消声性能。The resistance loss characteristics and sound elimination characteristics of a new type composite resistant muffler are studied. Its main structures are designed differently and their performances are analyzed and compared. On this basis, the main composition structure of the new composite resistant muffler is determined. Then, the transition tube, counterbore and insertion tube structures are designed differently and 8 muffler structure schemes are given. The internal flow field and sound elimination characteristics of mufflers of the 8 muffler structure schemes are simulated and solved by using FLUENT and COMSOL simulation software respectively. And their pressure loss characteristics and muffling characteristics are compared and analyzed. Finally, No. 2 muffler scheme is selected and its prototype is manufactured and tested for verification. The results show that the transmission loss and sound elimination performance of the new composite resistant muffler with the insertion tube is much better than that without the insertion tube. The transition tube and the counter-bore have less influence on the pressure loss of the muffler. While the conical transition tube has a better secondary muffling peak at 680 Hz frequency in the muffling performance. Therefore, the new composite resistant muffler has good pressure loss and muffling performances in a wide frequency range.
