摘 要:文章主要以提升商用车制动效能,降低摩擦片工作强度,提升使用寿命,同时为适应当前车辆舒适性需求为目的,通过分析商用车辅助制动的工作原理,结合商用车细分市场及其应用工况,制定主车和辅助制动联合作用的控制策略。在车辆制动时,控制器通过识别制动踏板行程自动实现行车制动和辅助制动的协调控制,增加车辆制动强度满足制动需求。同时,针对商用车应用联合制动系统时对制动性能的影响进行分析,并提出优化方向,为商用车制动系统性能提升设计提供一定的参考。The purpose of this paper is to improve the braking efficiency of commercial vehicles,reduce the working strength of friction plates and improve the service life, at the same time, to adapt to the comfort requirements of current vehicles. By analysis of the working principle of auxiliary braking of commercial vehicles, combining with the market segment and its application of commercial vehicles, the joint braking control strategy is formulated. When the vehicle is braking,the controller automatically realizes the coordinated control of the service braking and the auxiliary braking by identifying the brake pedal stroke, and increases the braking intensity of the vehicle to meet the braking demand. At the same time, the optimization direction is proposed for the influence of commercial vehicles applying the joint braking system on the braking performance. It provides some references for the design of braking performance improvement of commercial vehicles.
