摘 要:对白车身关键接附点的刚度分析会因分析模型中约束区域的大小不同和位置不同产生较大的差异,论文提出采用惯性释放对白车身关键接附点刚度进行分析,以白车身铰链,锁扣,雨刮和座椅等关键接附点刚度分析为例,对比惯性释放和现有CAE分析方法的分析结果,惯性释放分析方法的结果误差率在10%以内,满足CAE分析精度要求,以此验证惯性释放在白车身关键接附点刚度分析中应用的可行性。For the stiffness analysis of body in white’s key attachment points, there will be significant differences due to the different sizes and positions of the constraint area in the analysis model. This paper proposes to use inertia relief to analyze the stiffness of body in white’s key attachment points. Taking the stiffness analysis of key attachment points such as hinges, latches,wipers and seats of body-in-white as examples, the analysis results of inertial relief and existing CAE method are compared. The error rate of the analysis method of inertia relief is within 10%,which could meet the accuracy requirement of CAE analysis. The result verifies that applying inertia relief in the stiffness analysis of body in white’s key attachment points is feasible.
