摘 要:普通高等教育体制改革不断发展的背景下,作为高校发展中坚力量的青年教师职业压力不断增大,而主观幸福体验感则较低。近年很多研究发现,心理资本可以有效缓解压力状况,提升主观幸福感体验。本文通过实证研究,深入探讨了普通高校青年教师的职业压力对主观幸福感的影响,分析了心理资本在这两个变量之间的中介效应。研究成果对降低普通高校青年教师职业压力、提升主观幸福感体验具有现实意义,对提升普通高校发展质量、提高组织管理绩效具有参考价值。Under the background of the continuous development of the reform of the general higher education system, the professional pressure of young teachers as the backbone of the development of universities is increasing, and on the contrary, the subjective sense of happiness experience is lower. In recent years, many studies have found that psychological capital can effectively alleviate stress and enhance subjective happiness experiences. Through empirical research, this paper deeply explores the influence of professional pressure on subjective happiness of young teachers in universities, and analyzes the mediating effect of psychological capital between these two variables. The research results are of practical significance for reducing the professional pressure of young teachers in universities, improving the subjective happiness experience, and have reference value for improving the development quality of universities and improving the performance of organizational management.
