水下超声换能器阵引线串扰问题研究

摘  要:水下超声换能器作为一种实现声学信号和电学信号相互转换的功能器件,在水下通信、水下检测及成像等方面具有广泛应用。水下超声换能器阵列的信号传输和声学脉冲回波性能的优化一直是超声换能器设计研究的重要工作之一。本文针对一种中心频率为6.5 MHz、阵元数为128阵元的线阵换能器阵列,对其在不同长度引线方案中的声学脉冲回波性能、相邻阵元串扰水平等性能进行评价和对比;通过对长引线方案换能器阵列的引线板上进行铜箔贴附屏蔽,有效地将长引线方案线阵换能器阵列的相邻阵元串扰水平提高了10~20 dB,同时对单独阵元的声学脉冲回波性能的频谱波形进行优化,使阵元灵敏度提高了6 dB。本文的工作研究,对超声换能器阵列在需要较长距离柔性电路板引线的使用工况下如何改善串扰、优化性能具有一定的参考作用。As a functional device that can convert acoustic and electrical signals, underwater ultrasonic transducer is widely used in underwater communication, underwater detection and imaging. The signal transmission of underwater ultrasonic transducer array and the optimization of acoustic pulse echo performance have always been one of the important tasks in the design and research of ultrasonic transducer. In this paper, a linear transducer array with a center frequency of 6.5 MHz and a number of 128 array elements is evaluated and compared in terms of acoustic pulse echo performance and crosstalk level of adjacent array elements in different lead length schemes;By attaching copper foil to the lead plate of the long lead scheme transducer array for shielding, the crosstalk level of adjacent array elements of the long lead scheme linear array transducer array is effectively increased by 10 ~ 20 dB. At the same time,the spectrum waveform of the acoustic pulse echo performance of individual array elements is optimized, and the sensitivity of array elements is increased by 6 dB. The work and research in this paper can be used as a reference to improve the crosstalk and optimize the performance of the ultrasonic transducer array under the working conditions that require long-distance flexible circuit board leads.
