摘  要:试验旨在研究在日粮中添加玉米胚芽粕对藏羔羊生长性能及瘤胃细菌群落的影响。选择32只体重(21.67±2.13) kg、体况良好的3月龄藏羊,随机分为2组,每组4个重复,每个重复4只羊。精粗比为7∶3,试验组精料中加入12%的玉米胚芽粕。预试期为14 d,正式试验期90 d。结果显示,试验组羊平均日增重显著高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组羊的Ace指数、Chao-1指数与Shannon指数显著高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组羊与对照组羊瘤胃细菌组成相似,拟杆菌门与厚壁菌门相对丰度较高,为优势菌;试验组羊的毛螺菌科丰度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究表明,藏羔羊日粮中添加玉米胚芽粕,能够促进其生长发育,显著增加瘤胃代谢碳水化合物的菌群数量,促进瘤胃对纤维的消化。The experiment was conducted to investigate the effect of corn germ meal supplementation on growth performance and rumen bacterial community of Tibetan lambs. A total of 32 three-month-old Tibetan sheep with similar body weight(21.67±2.13) kg and good physical condition were randomly divided into two groups with four repeats in each group and four sheep in each group. Concentrate and roughage were fed at a ratio of 7∶3, and 12% corn germ meal was added into concentrate in experimental group. The pre-experiment lasted for 14 d, and the formal experiment lasted for 90 d. The results showed that the average daily gain of experimental group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05). The Ace, Chao1 and Shannon indices of the experimental sheep were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05). The composition of rumen bacteria in experimental group was similar to that in control group.Bacteroidetes and Firmicutes had higher relative abundance and were the dominant bacteria. The abundance of spirillaceae in experimental group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05). The experiment indicates that the addition of corn germ meal in diet of Tibetan lamb can promote the growth and development of lambs, significantly increase number of rumen metabolizing carbohydrate flora, and promote digestion of fiber in rumen.
