摘　　要：‘北方001’是河北北方学院以‘荷兰15’为母本,‘A40’为父本,经有性杂交选育而成的中早熟鲜食品种,2020年通过中华人民共和国农业农村部非主要农作物品种登记,登记编号:GPD马铃薯(2020)130053。该品种生育期80 d左右,生长势强,株高60 cm左右,茎绿色、叶浓绿色,花冠浅紫色;块茎长椭圆形,薯皮光滑,芽眼浅,黄皮黄肉,结薯集中,商品薯率88.42%。干物质含量为19.20%,淀粉含量为15.30%,粗蛋白含量为2.63%,还原糖含量为0.03%,维生素C含量为15.20 mg/100 g。易感早疫病,高感晚疫病,对马铃薯Y病毒(Potato virus Y,PVY)具有中度抗性。2017~2018年适应性试验中,平均产量2 119 kg/667m2,较对照‘费乌瑞它’1 769 kg/667m2增产19.79%。该品种适宜在河北张家口、承德一季作区种植。The ’Beifang 001’, a medium-early maturing table potato variety, was developed from a cross between’Netherlands 15’(female) and ’A40’(male) by Hebei North University. The variety was registered as a non-major crop variety by Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs of the People’s Republic of China in 2020 [registration number: GPD potato(2020) 130053]. The growth duration of ’Beifang 001’ is about 80 days, with vigorous plants, plant height of 60 cm,green stem, dark green leaf, and light purple corolla. Tuber is long oval shaped, with smooth skin, shallow eye, yellow skin and flesh, short stolon, and marketable tuber percentage of 88.42%. The variety has dry matter content of 19.20%,starch content of 15.30%, crude protein content of 2.63%, reducing sugar content of 0.03% and vitamin C content of15.20 mg/100 g. It is moderately resistant to potato virus Y(PVY), but susceptible to early blight and highly susceptible to late blight. The average yield in two-year adaptability trials of 2017-2018 was 2 119 kg/667m2, increased by 19.79%compared with the control variety ’Favorita’(1 769 kg/667m2). ’Beifang 001’ is suitable for planting in the one cropping region of Zhangjiakou and Chengde, Hebei Province.
