摘　　要：目的:探讨肌内效贴在拇指内收患儿治疗中的应用效果。方法:选择60例痉挛型脑瘫拇指内收患儿为研究对象,随机分为两组,对照组(n=30)接受常规康复训练治疗,观察组(n=30)进一步联合应用肌内效贴治疗,观察两组患儿治疗后的临床疗效,以及拇指腕掌关节外展角、精细运动能力及拇指内收肌群肌张力、日常运动水平等临床指标的变化。结果:治疗后,治疗总有效率在观察组明显高于对照组(93.33%和73.33%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患儿ROM、FMFM及FMQ均有明显升高,MAS明显降低,上述指标在观察组改善更加明显,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:肌内效贴治疗拇指内收患儿具有良好的效果,可以有效降低拇指内收肌群肌张力、改善患侧拇指的伸展功能及手的精细运动功能。Objective: To explore the application effect of intramuscular plaster in the treatment of children with thumb adduction. Methods: Sixty cases of children with spastic cerebral palsy with thumb adduction were selected as the research subjects. The control group(n=30) received routine rehabilitation training, and the observation group(n=30) was treated combined with intramuscular plaster. The clinical efficacy, abduction angle of carpometacarpal joint of thumb, fine motor ability, muscle tension of adductor muscle group of thumb and daily motor level of the 2 groups were observed. Results: A?ter treatment, the total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(93.33% and 73.33%)(P<0.05);A?ter treatment, the ROM, FMFM, FMQ in both groups were significantly increased, and MAS was significantly decreased, and the above indicators improved more significantly in the observation group(all P<0.05). Conclusion: Intramuscular plaster has a good effect in the treatment of children with thumb adduction, which can effectively reduce the muscle tension of adductor muscle group, improve the extension function of affected thumb and fine motor function of hand.
