摘　　要：脑卒中后认知障碍(post-stroke cognitive impairment, PSCI)涉及多个认知域的损伤,是卒中的普遍结局,对患者的康复进程和生活质量造成极大影响。而执行功能障碍是认知障碍的核心症状,涉及姿势控制、工作记忆、言语流畅等认知功能,患者通常很难正常进行社会行为和人际交往,对患者社会生活影响颇大,因此对其早期诊断,早期干预至关重要。神经心理测试是当下检查执行功能障碍等认知障碍最常用的测量工具,包括常用的简易精神状态检查量表、蒙特利尔认知评估量表、Mattis痴呆评估量表、画钟测验、连线测验、数字广度测验、威斯康星卡片分类测验等,然而这些测量工具各有优缺,现主要针对执行功能障碍常用的神经心理测试工具进行综述以期探讨精确度更高、特异性更高的检查工具,为临床医务人员的使用提供参考依据及有效指导。Post-stroke cognitive impairment(PSCI) involves damage to multiple cognitive domains, is a common outcome of stroke, and greatly affects the recovery process and quality of life of patients.Executive dysfunction is the core symptom of cognitive impairment, involving postural control, working memory, verbal fluency and other cognitive functions.Patients usually have difficulty in normal social behavior and interpersonal communication, which has a great impact on the patient’s social life.Diagnosis and early intervention are critical.Neuropsychological tests are the most commonly used measurement tools to examine cognitive impairments such as executive dysfunction, including the commonly used Mini-Mental State Examination, Montreal Cognitive Assessment, Mattis Dementia Assessment Scale, and Clock DrawingTests, Wiring Tests, Digit Span Tests, Wisconsin Card Sorting Tests, etc.However, these measurement tools have their own advantages and disadvantages.This review mainly focuses on the commonly used neuropsychological testing tools for executive dysfunction in order to explore higher precision and higher specificity.It provides reference and effective guidance for the use of clinical medical staff.
