摘　　要：目的 探讨显微镜下切除手术在上矢状窦中后1/3窦旁脑膜瘤中的应用安全性及对复发情况的影响。方法 选取2014年1月至2019年1月安阳地区医院收治的80例上矢状窦中后1/3窦旁脑膜瘤患者,按照随机数字表法分为常规手术组和显微手术组,各40例。常规手术组患者接受临床常规手术治疗,显微手术组患者接受显微镜下切除手术治疗。评价患者手术效果、手术并发症以及预后情况[改良Rankin量表(mRs)、日常生活能力评价量表(ADL)]。结果 显微手术组治疗总有效率高于常规手术组(P<0.05)。显微手术组患者手术并发症发生率低于常规手术组(P<0.05)。显微手术组患者预后情况优于常规手术组(P<0.05)。结论 显微镜下切除手术治疗上矢状窦中后1/3窦旁脑膜瘤患者,可改善患者临床症状,安全性较高,预后复发率较低。Objective To investigate the safety and recurrence of microscopic resection in the posterior 1/3 paransinus meningioma of the upper sagittal sinus.Methods From January 2014 to January 2019,a total of 80 patients with the posterior 1/3 paransinus meningioma of the upper sagittal sinus were selected and divided into routine operation group and microsurgery group,with 40 cases in each group.The patients in the conventional operation group were treated with clinical routine operation,and the patients in the microsurgery group were treated with microsurgery.The surgical effect,surgical complications and prognosis [modified Rankin scale(mRs),activity of daily living(ADL)] were evaluated.Results The total effective rate of microsurgery group was higher than that of routine operation group(P<0.05).The complication rate of microsurgery group was lower than that of routine operation group(P<0.05).The prognosis of microsurgery group was better than that of routine operation group(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of microscopic resection in the posterior 1/3 paransinus meningioma of the upper sagittal sinus can improve the clinical symptoms of the patients with high safety,low recurrence rate of prognosis.
