摘 要:铝合金挤压型材已经广泛应用于汽车结构件,同时使用手段也越来越精细化、科学化。以典型的铝合金挤压型材防撞梁总成为研究对象,以仿真模拟优化设计为先导,研究了不同性能的横梁和吸能盒匹配下,各防撞梁总成在汽车修理研究学会(Research Committee of Automobile Repairs,RCAR)低速碰撞和C-NCAP法规高速碰撞条件下的综合性能;并基于新开发的380 MPa级高强度6XXX系铝型材的力学性能优势,所制备的防撞梁总成在台车碰撞试验验证中性能表现更优,即在高速碰撞工况下,采用更高强度铝型材横梁能够降低外界对车身的冲击、减小最大侵入量,有利于车内乘员的安全保护。Aluminum alloy extruded profiles have been widely used in automotive structural parts,at the same time,the usage method is becoming more and more refined and scientific.With the typical aluminum alloy extruded profiles crash beam assembly as the research object and based on simulation optimization design,this paper studied the different comprehensive performance of crash beam assemblies at the conditions of RCAR low-speed collision and C-NCAP high-speed collision under various properties matching of crash beam and energy absorbing box.Based on the mechanical property advantages of the newly developed high-strength 6xxx series aluminum profile with ultimate strength above 380 MPa,the prepared crash beam assembly has better performance in the sled crash test,which means that under the high-speed collision scenario,the higher strength aluminum profile beam can reduce the impact on the vehicle body and reduce the maximum intrusion,which is more conducive to the safety protection for passengers.
