摘　　要：对国内重型载货汽车底盘用800~1000 MPa级高性能球墨铸铁应用进行了分类阐述,阐述了其技术要求和工艺要求。总结了此高性能球墨铸铁在国内不同重型载货汽车底盘应用的现状。以某汽车企业的应用实例具体介绍了其在重型载货汽车底盘轻量化中的应用。且对其目前轻量化应用过程中存在的3类问题进行了阐述。The application of 800~1000 MPa high-performance nodular cast iron for domestic heavy duty truck chassis was classified and expounded,and its technical requirements and process requirements were elaborated.This paper summarized the application status of this high-performance nodular cast iron in different domestic heavy duty truck chassis.The paper took the application case of an automaker to introduce in detail its application in the lightweight of heavy duty truck chassis.And 3 types of problems existing in the current lightweight application process were expounded.
