摘　　要：白俄罗斯重视音乐的普及教育,全民音乐素质也很高,这与白俄罗斯的音乐教育政教学机构设置有紧密的关系,在各层级音乐教育中实施相应的教育特色,无论是教育体制还是文化生活政府都提供了大力的支持。Belarus attaches great importance to the popularization of music education;therefore,people there have high music quality on the whole,which has a close relationship with the music education and teaching institutions in Belarus.Belarus government provides strong support in terms of education system and cultural life,and implement musical education with characteristics at all levels.
