高校大学生法治素养培育探究——以《思想道德修养与法律基础》课为例

摘　　要：提升大学生法治素养,是贯彻全面依法治国的迫切需要。《思想道德修养与法律基础》课程,担负“引导大学生提高思想道德素质和法治素养”的主要任务。高校应发挥好课程平台作用,针对大学生法治素养存在的问题,通过培育法治信仰、增强法治能力、提升法务水平等途径,培育大学生法治素养。Improving college students’ legal literacy is an urgent need to comprehensively promote law-based governance.The course of “ideological and moral cultivation and legal foundation” should undertakes the main task of “guiding college students to improve their ideological and moral quality and legal literacy”.Universities should play the role of the curriculum platform,solve the problems in cultivating college students’ legal literacy,and cultivate their legal literacy by cultivating legal belief,enhancing the rule of law,and improving the level of dealing with legal affairs.
