摘　　要：高校冰雪体育文化创新是高校为满足主体需要,对冰雪体育文化的价值与功能进行创造性转化与创新性发展的过程,其衡量标准是高校冰雪体育运动发展的深度与广度。高校数量众多、分布广泛、人才集中、条件便利,是冰雪体育文化创新的主阵地。高校冰雪体育文化创新要建立主体协同机制、目标导向机制、条件保障机制和激励反馈机制,从物质文化、精神文化、制度文化、行为文化等方面探寻发展路径。The innovation of ice and snow sports culture in colleges and universities is the process of creative transformation and innovative development of the value and function of ice and snow sports culture in order to meet subject needs.Its measurement standard is the depth and breadth of the development of ice and snow sports in colleges and universities.Colleges and universities are the main field of ice and snow sports culture innovation due to their large number,wide distribution,talent concentration and convenient conditions.In order to realize the innovation of ice and snow sports culture in colleges and universities,it′s necessary to establish main body coordination mechanism,goal guidance mechanism,condition guarantee mechanism and incentive feedback mechanism,and explore the development path from material culture,spirit culture,system culture and behavior culture.
