以工程能力提升为导向的应用型化工类专业人才培养模式探索——以梧州学院为例

摘　　要：如何提升学生的工程能力是新建地方本科院校应用转型的重要课题。以梧州学院为例,开展了以工程能力提升为导向的应用型化工类专业人才培养模式的改革与实践。确定了“服务地方产业、以应用和能力为本、学以致用”的应用型人才培养教育理念,采取优化人才培养方案、改革化工类课程教学、动态设置行业课、厂中开课、以赛促学等措施,通过校企双方共同制订培养目标、共同建设课程体系、共同实施培养方案、共同组建双师型队伍等产教融合、校企合作方式,构建梧州学院产教融合同步规划、同步实施、同步升级的“三同步”应用型人才培养模式,进一步推动学生工程能力的教学体系改革,加大应用型人才培养的力度。How to improve students′engineering ability is an important task for the application transformation of newly-built universities.Taking Wuzhou University as an example,the reform and practice of the training mode of applied chemical engineering talents oriented to the improvement of engineering ability have been carried out.The concept of“serving local industry,application-and ability-centered,learning for application”applied talents training is determined.Thus,the following measures have been taken:optimizing the training program,reforming the teaching of chemical engineering courses,dynamically setting up industry courses,opening classes in factories,promoting learning by competition,etc.Through the ways of integrating of making and teaching,co-operating between colleges and enterprises,including jointly establishing training goal,jointly developing curriculum system,jointly fulfilling the training program,jointly organizing a double-qualified teaching team,etc.,an applied talents training mode of“three simultaneous steps”,meaning simultaneously planning,simultaneously implementing and simultaneously upgrading,has been established in Wuzhou University,which further pushes the reform of teaching system of developing students′engineering ability.
