政策助推对高校数字媒体与设计艺术类实验室创新氛围的影响

摘　　要：当今社会对人才的实践与创新能力要求越来越高,数字媒体与设计艺术类实验室成了高校教学体系重要组成部分,因此对实验室的管理与创新要求也更加严格。以广西高校管理实验室的教师为研究对象,采用调查问卷的方法,研究了政策助推对高校数字媒体与设计艺术类实验室创新氛围的影响,同时分析了高校艺术类专业在实验室建设过程中遇到的问题,并对如何促进实验室管理人员的职业创新发展进行了设想。结果发现:政策助推与创新氛围呈显著正相关,这说明政策助推对高校数字媒体与设计艺术类实验室的创新氛围有显著正向影响。Nowadays,the demand for talents′practical and innovative ability is getting higher and higher and digital media and design art laboratory has become an important part of the teaching system in universities.Taking the teachers managing laboratories in the colleges and universities of Guangxi as the research object,using the method of questionnaires,this paper has make a research into the impact of policy boosting on innovative atmosphere in digital media and design art laboratories.Meanwhile,it analyzes the problems in the construction of laboratories for art majors and analyzes how to push the development of the professional innovation of laboratory managers.The results show that there is an positive correlation between policy boosting an innovative atmosphere.This means policy boosting has a positive impact on innovative atmosphere.
