摘 要:为研究微生物净化技术在城市河道黑臭水治理中的应用,室内培育了光合菌和硝化菌群,并利用不同配比的光合菌/硝化菌复合生物剂对黑臭水试样开展污染物去除试验。研究表明,当光合菌、硝化菌浓度分别为4 ml/100 ml和2 ml/100 ml时,复合生物剂对黑臭水中污染物的综合效能最佳。研究成果可为我国城市黑臭河道污染治理提供参考与借鉴。To study the application of microbial purification technology in the treatment of black and odorous water in urban rivers, photosynthetic bacteria and nitrifying bacteria were cultivated indoors, and the pollutant removal test of black and odorous water samples was carried out by using photosynthetic bacteria/nitrifying bacteria compound biological agents with different ratios. The results showed that when the concentrations of photosynthetic bacteria and nitrifying bacteria were 4 ml/100 ml and 2 ml/100 ml respectively, the comprehensive efficiency of compound biological agent for pollutants in black and odorous water was the best. The research results provide a certain reference for the pollution control of urban black and smelly rivers in China.
