摘　　要：本文报导了不同日龄大鼠肝脏中非组蛋白染色体蛋白(UP)和(NP),在高分辨率的等电聚焦—SDS聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳图谱上蛋白斑点出现规律性变化。并讨论了这一变化与大鼠不同发育阶段的激素水平和基因调节的关系。We used rats of different days of age to analyse their liver nonhixtone chromosomal proteins UP and NP by high resolution isoelectiric foeusing-SDS polyaorylamidc gel electrophoresis the proteins spots showed regular changes. This paper also discusses the relatonship between the hormone metablie level and gene regulation at different stages of devlopment.
