摘 要:应用教师职业倦怠量表(MBI)、艾森克人格问卷(EPQ-RSC)与应付方式量表(CSQ)对337名小学教师进行测查,以考察小学教师职业倦怠的现状、特征及与人格特质、应付方式的关系。结果表明:小学教师情绪衰竭和去个性化水平中等偏下,低成就感水平偏高;小学教师职业倦怠在性别、婚姻状况、学校类型和学校来源等人口学变量上均存在显著差异;神经质人格与消极应付、职业倦怠呈显著正相关;消极应付在神经质人格与职业倦怠的关系中起部分中介作用。To explore the status and characteristics of primary school teachers'job burnout and its relationship with personality traits and coping style,this study investigated 337 primary school teachers with Teacher Burnout Questionnaire(MBI),Eysenck Personality Questionnaire(EPQ-RSC)and Coping Style Questionnaire(CSQ).The results show that the level of emotional exhaustion and depersonalization of primary school teachers is moderately low,and the level of sense of low achievement is high;that there are significant differences in primary school teachers'job burnout in terms of gender,marital status,school type,etc;that neurotic personality has a positive correlation with negative coping style and job burnout;and that negative coping style had a partial mediating effect on the relationship between neurotic personality and job burnout。
