基于系统论思想的北京老旧小区公共空间改造设计研究——以北京市西城区西直门南大街小区西区为例

摘　　要：“十四五”规划要求应加快推进城市更新,因此历史形成的城市老旧小区的公共空间改造设计成为重要的研究课题。但是,当下很多老旧小区改造工程多采用修修补补的方法,没有从系统的角度来分析现存问题,从而使老旧小区公共空间改造设计常只停留在就事论事的表面修改上,不能从根本上解决问题。因此,引入系统论思想,从系统角度出发将老旧小区公共空间的分区、交通、绿化、停车等各个功能构成结构进行提取、拆分、改造、重组,以达到根本解决问题的目的。并以北京市西城区西直门南大街小区西区为例,通过文献资料查阅、实地调研分析,研究改造设计方法并进行系统性改造设计试验,来验证基于系统论思想的老旧小区公共空间改造设计方法的科学性,目的是为老旧小区更新提供理论支撑与借鉴。The 14th Five-Year Plan calls for that urban renewal should be accelerated,therefore the reconstruction design of public space in old communities,which was formed in the history of the city,has become an important research topic.However,at present,partial repair methods mostly were adopt in many old community reconstruction projects,and the existing problems were not analyzed from a systematic point of view,so that the reconstruction design of public space in old communities only stays on superficial modification,and can not fundamentally solve the problems.Therefore,the idea of“system theory”is introduced.The functional structures of public space zoning,traffic,greening,parking and other functions in old community are extracted,split,transformed and reorganized from a systematic perspective,in order to fundamentally solve the problem.Taking the West District of Xizhimen South Street Community in Xicheng District of Beijing as an example,through literature review,field investigation and analysis,the transformation design method is studied and systematic transformation design experiments are carried out to verify the scientificity of the public space transformation design method of the old community based on the idea of system theory,in order to provide theoretical support and reference for the renewal of the old community.
