摘  要:现阶段中文类专业人才培养中仍存在着专业特色不够鲜明,课程设置实践性不强,职业化特征不够突出,不适应新产业、新业态、新模式的发展等问题。基于成果导向教育理念构建中文类专业职业化人才培养模式是突破现状、打通就业瓶颈的一种新的尝试。该模式的构建包括培养目标、主要专业能力要求和教育教学体系的重构,着重加强教育教学体系建设,试图通过构建优质的课程体系、清晰的课程目标、科学合理的教学评价体系、过硬的师资队伍、全方位的实践教学体系和“中文+职业技能”项目国际化平台,助力学生实现自我价值及社会价值,进而达成教育教学的根本目的。In the process of vocational personnel training of Chinese major,there are still some problems in the training of Chinese majors, such as the lack of distinctive professional characteristics, the lack of practicality in curriculum setting, the lack of prominent professional characteristics, and the inadaptability to the development of new industries, new formats and new models. It is a new attempt to break through the present situation and break through the bottleneck of employment to construct the training mode of professional talents of Chinese majors based on the concept of result-oriented education. The construction of this model includes training objectives, major professional ability requirements and the reconstruction of education and teaching system. Focus on strengthening the construction of education and teaching system. This paper tries to help students realize their self-worth and social value by constructing high-quality curriculum system, clear curriculum objectives,scientific and reasonable teaching evaluation system, excellent teaching staff, allround practical teaching system and international platform of "Chinese + vocational skills" project, so as to achieve the fundamental purpose of education and teaching.
