丹尼森模型下我国中部高等教育对地区经济增长贡献率的估算对比研究  

A Comparative Study on Estimating the Contribution Rate of Higher Education to Regional Economic Growth in Central China Under the Denison Model

摘　　要：文章通过对各种不同估算模型的对比,选用演变后的丹尼森经济增长因素模型量化测算2004—2019年间我国中部地区从业人员受教育水平、各类教育特别是高等教育水平对经济增长的贡献率,发现山西省高等教育对经济增长的贡献率为3.9485%,居于六省之首;而江西省仅有2.0354%,排名最后,比山西省高等教育对经济增长贡献率低了约1.91个百分点。通过分析,提出建议:高校应依据地区经济特色发展需要,不断调整和优化专业结构;加强省际、校际间的合作,联合培养人才,提升人才的适配度;继续加大职业教育发展的力度,推动职业教育一体化发展步伐;对接产业、企业发展,推动高校科技成果的产业化、市场化等,以此不断提升高等教育对中部地区省份经济高质量发展的贡献。Through the comparison of different estimation models, the evolved Denison Economic Growth Factor Model is selected to quantitatively measure the education level of employees and the contribution rate of various types of education to economic growth, especially higher education, in central China from 2004 to 2019.It is found that the contribution rate of higher education to economic growth in Shanxi Province is 3.9485%,ranking first among the six provinces;While in Jiangxi province, the contribution rate of higher education to economic growth is only 2.0354%,which ranks last and is about 1.91 percentage points lower than Shanxi Province.Through the analysis, some suggestions are put forward: colleges and universities should constantly adjust and optimize the major structure according to the development needs of regional economic characteristics;strengthen inter-province and inter-university cooperation, jointly cultivate talents and improve the fitness of talents;continue to strengthen the development of vocational education and promote the integrated development of vocational education;dock the development of industries and enterprises, promote the industrialization and marketization of scientific and technological achievements in colleges and universities, so as to continuously improve the contribution of higher education to the high-quality economic development of the provinces in the central region.
