摘 要:为了提高脉冲电源的输出电压以及频率,利用含有续流支路的谐振电路与脉冲变压器相结合的方法,将单回路模块以分级串联的方式进行组合,提出了一种电压范围V=0~17 kV,频率范围f=0~30kHz可调的ns级脉冲电源。对级串式电路进行理论分析与仿真模拟,搭建实物平台并进行空载实验。实验结果表明,该级串式高压脉冲电源通过增设二极管与电阻构成的续流支路,能够为故障回路模块提供续流,不影响其他模块的正常使用,整套装置易于拆卸组装,输出波形稳定性高,为相关工业应用研究提供实验手段和技术支持。In order to improve the output voltage and frequency of the pulse power supply, this paper uses the method of combining the resonant circuit with a freewheeling branch with a pulse transformer to combine the single circuit module in a hierarchical series connection, and proposes an adjustable nanosecond pulse power supply with voltage range V =0~17 kV and frequency range f = 0~30 kHz. The theoretical analysis and simulation of the cascade circuit are carried out, and the physical platform is built and the no-load experiment is carried out. The experimental results show that the series high voltage pulse power supply can provide continuous current for the fault circuit module by adding a continuous current branch composed of diodes and resistors, without affecting the normal use of other modules. The whole device is easy to disassemble and assemble, and the output waveform is stable, provide experimental means and technical support for related industrial application research.
