摘 要:卡波西肉瘤(Kaposi sarcoma,KS)是以大量血管生成、炎性浸润和梭形细胞异常增生为特征的恶性肿瘤。目前,KS临床诊断通常基于典型的临床表现,确诊依赖于组织学依据。microRNAs(miRNAs)是一类小分子的非编码RNA,单个miRNA可以调节多个mRNA靶标,miRNAs功能的失调会导致肿瘤和正常组织之间的miRNA谱的显著差异,其中KS相关疱疹病毒(Kaposi sarcoma-associated herpesvirus,KSHV)是引起KS发病的重要因素,其编码的miRNAs在生物学功能等方面发挥作用,对KS的发生发展具有重要意义。随着研究的深入,miRNAs可能成为疾病诊断、分子分型、治疗及预后判断等潜在的生物标志物。本文就miRNAs在KS样本中的差异表达、靶基因及生物学功能方面的研究进展进行综述,总结其存在的问题和可能的研究及应用前景。Kaposi′s sarcoma(KS),also known as multiple idiopathic hemorrhagic sarcoma,is a type of mali-gnant tumor characterized by an abundance of angiogenesis,inflammatory cell infiltration and abnormal proliferation of KS spindle cells.At present,the diagnosis of KS is primary based on typical clinical manifestations and evidence from histopathological examination.MicroRNAs(miRNAs)are small noncoding RNA molecules,and each miRNA may regulate multiple mRNA targets,therefore the dysregulation of miRNAs can contribute to distinct differences in miRNA profiles between tumor and normal tissues.It is noticed that Kaposi′s sarcoma-associated herpesvirus-encoded miRNAs plays an import roles in the pathogenesis,development and progression of KS.Therefore miRNAs may be used as potential biomarkers in disease diagnosis,molecular typing,treatment and disease prognosis confirmation.This article systemically reviews the current research of miRNAs in their differential expression of samples,target genes and biological functions as well as summarizes the existing problems and possible research and application prospects.
