摘  要:当前,集体备课成为高校思政课的主流备课形式,以问题链教学为导向,以专题式教学形式呈现于课堂。集体备课取得一定成效,但同时也面临着许多瓶颈问题亟待解决,如集体备课缺乏教师队伍深度交流、集体智慧的惯性淹没思考的主动性、集体备课形式重于内容等。高校思政课教学,关键在教师,基础在备课,应以学生的兴趣点、热点和难点为出发点和落脚点,立足教材、设计教学大纲、围绕教学目标,以解决问题为导向,从横向和纵向提升集体备课质量。At present,collective lesson preparation has become the mainstream lesson preparation form of Ideological and political courses in Colleges and universities.Guided by the problem chain teaching,it is presented in the classroom in the form of thematic teaching.Collective lesson preparation has achieved some results,but it also faces many bottleneck problems to be solved,such as the lack of in-depth communication among teachers,the inertia of collective wisdom drowning out the initiative of thinking,and the form of collective lesson preparation is more important than the content.The key to ideological and political teaching in Colleges and universities lies in teachers,and the foundation lies in lesson preparation.We should take students'interests,hot spots and difficulties as the starting point and foothold,base on teaching materials,design syllabus,focus on teaching objectives,and take problem-solving as the guide to improve the quality of collective lesson preparation horizontally and vertically.
