摘 要:试验旨在探究限制性氨基酸和功能性氨基酸组合添加对瘤胃发酵特性的影响。将赖氨酸(Lys,0、0.25%、0.50%)、蛋氨酸(Met,0、0.075%、0.150%)、精氨酸(Arg,0、0.15%、0.30%)和谷氨酸(Glu,0、0.01%、0.02%)正交[L_(9)(3^(4))]组合成9种处理,每个处理5个重复,体外发酵24 h后收集发酵液检测瘤胃发酵特性指标。结果表明:①添加0.25%和0.50%的Lys显著提高了甲烷的产气量(P<0.05);②添加0.25%和0.50%的Lys、0.150%的Met显著提高了pH(P<0.05);添加0.25%和0.50%的Lys、0.150%的Met显著降低了微生物菌体蛋白的浓度(P<0.05);添加0.50%的Lys显著提高了氨态氮的浓度(P<0.05);③添加0.25%的Lys显著提高了乙酸和总挥发性脂肪酸的含量(P<0.05);多项指标综合指数(MFAEI)分析发现,添加0.075%的Met、0.01%和0.02%的Glu为负数。综上所述,添加0.25%的Lys可以在一定程度上改善瘤胃发酵,在本试验的高产奶牛日粮中无需额外添加Met和Glu。This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of combined supplementation of limiting amino acids and functional amino acids on rumen fermentation characteristics.Lysine(Lys;0,0.25%,0.50%),methionine(Met;0,0.075%,0.150%),arginine(Arg;0,0.15%,0.30%)and glutamate(Glu;0,0.01%,0.02%)were orthogonally[L_(9)(3^(4))]designed into nine treatments with five replicates per treatment.Rumen fermentation characteristics were determined after 24 hours in vitro fermentation.Results showed that:①Supplementation of Lys with levels of 0.25%and 0.50%increased methane production(P<0.05);②Supplementation of Lys with the level of 0.25%or 0.50%,and Met with the level of 0.150%increased pH value(P<0.05);supplementation of Lys with levels of 0.25%and 0.50%,and Met with 0.150%reduced the concentration of microbial crude protein(P<0.05);adding 0.50%of Lys increased the concentration of ammonia nitrogen(P<0.05).③Supplementation of Lys with the level of 0.25%increased the concentrations of acetate and total volatile fatty acids(P<0.05);Multiple-factors associative effects index(MFAEI)analysis showed negative values with the supplementation of 0.075%Met,0.01%and 0.02%Glu.These results indicated that supplementation of Lys with the level of 0.25%could improve rumen fermentation to a certain extent,and there was no necessity to supplement the diet of high-yielding cows with Met and Glu under current experiment condition.
