盾构穿越房屋施工关键技术探讨——以福州地铁4号线工程为例

摘　　要：隧道盾构掘进施工过程中不可避免要穿越既有建筑物。文章依托福州地铁4号线工程实例,首先介绍了穿越线路的房屋现状,然后重点分析了盾构穿越房屋施工的关键技术,还比较了盾构穿越前后房屋情况。It is inevitable to cross existing buildings in the process of tunnel shield excavation construction.Based on the engineering example of Fuzhou Metro Line 4,this paper first introduces the current situation of the house investigation across the line,and then focuses on the analysis of the key technologies of shield crossing house construction,and compares the situation of the house before and after shield tunneling.
