摘 要:本文报道了鲤科鲃亚科5种鱼和[鱼句]亚科4种鱼的染色体组型考察结果,并对这两个亚科鱼类的染色体数日和臂数进行了统计分析,讨论了其染色体进化及系统关系等问题。This paper reports the karyotypes of nine species of cyprinid fishes.These fishes,belonging to the subfamilies Barbinae and Gobioninae respectively,comprise Acrossocheilus(Acrossocheilus)yunnanensis,Varicorhinus(Onychostoma)simus,Sinilabeo rendahli rendahli,Semilabeo prochilus,Garra pingi pingi,Belligobio nummifer,Gnathopogon imberbis,Rhinogobio ven-tralis and Pseudogobio vaillanti guilinensis.All these fishes have the same 2n of 50.However,their karyotypical characteristics are different.The gobionid fishes have more metacentrics and submetacentrics than the barbinid fishes.The NFs of the gobionid fishes range mostly from 86 to 96;in comparison,the NFs of the barbinid fishes are relatively low,ranging from 74 to 84.Probably,the same situation exists;in most species of the two subfamilies.According to the statistical analysis of the experimental results obtained in our laboratory except for a few of polyploid species in Barbinae,the mean NF of 20 species of barbinid fishes is 78.2 and that of 25 species of gobionid fishes is 90.1.Chromosomal evolution of these two subfamilies has also been discussed with a consideration of their phylogenetic relationships.
