基于藏象理论对老年人出生时段五运六气因素与体质分布特点的关联性研究

摘　　要：目的:通过探讨老年人出生时段五运六气与体质特征之间的关系,为老年人的治未病提供新的思路。方法:对302例65岁以上老年人出生时段的相关五运六气要素与体质分布情况进行统计学分析。结果:不同体质老年人出生时段的岁运、主运、客运、主气和客气的人数分布情况均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。平和体质老年人出生时段的客运、主气和客气对平和质的影响具有统计学意义(P<0.05),阳虚体质老年人出生时段的客运对阳虚质的影响具有统计学意义(P<0.05),痰湿体质老年人出生时段的主运对痰湿质的影响具有统计学意义(P<0.05),血瘀体质老年人出生时段的主气对血瘀质影响具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:老年人出生时段的岁运、主运、客运、主气、客气均与老年人体质的整体分布具有相关性,老年人出生时段的主运、客运、主气和客气与老年人平和质、阳虚质、痰湿质、血瘀质间的联系更为密切。Objective:By exploring the relationship between the five movements and six Qi at the time of birth and the constitution characteristics of the senior citizens,we can provide new ideas for preventive treatment of disease of the senior citizens.Methods:Statistical analysis was made on the distribution of the five movements and six Qi and constitution fitness in 302 senior citizens over 65 years old.Results:There was statistical significance in the distribution of the number of the senior citizens with different physical conditions at birth year evolutive,host evolutive,guest evolutive,host climate Qi and guest climate Qi(P<0.05).There was statistical significance in the distribution of the guest evolutive,host climate Qi and guest climate Qi of the senior citizens who have peace constitution in the birth time(P<0.05).There was statistical significance in the distribution of the guest evolutive of the senior citizens who have Yang-deficiency constitution in the birth time(P<0.05).There was statistical significance in the distribution of the host evolutive of the senior citizens who have phlegm-dampness constitution in the birth time(P<0.05).There was statistical significance in the distribution of the host climate Qi of the senior citizens who have blood-stasis constitution in the birth time(P<0.05).Concludion:The year evolutive,host evolutive,guest evolutive,host climate Qi and guest climate Qi in the birth period of the senior citizens are correlated with the overall distribution of the senior citizen’s constitution.The relationship between the host evolutive,guest evolutive,host climate Qi and guest climate Qi was more close with the peace constitution,Yang-deficiency constitution,phlegm-dampness constitution and blood-stasis constitution.
