摘　　要：相火学说为中医理论体系的重要内容,既可以用来阐释人体生理和病理现象,也可以作为辨证论治的重要依据。本文运用相火学说探讨IgA肾病的病因病机和辨证论治,认为其病因病机与相火学说密切相关。根据相火理论以及IgA肾病的临床特点,可将其分为君相不交,阴虚火旺证、湿热相火,损伤阴络证、相火失煦,气血不足证以及相火羸弱、瘀血内停证。临床上,以相火学说为指导对IgA肾病进行辨证治疗的效果显著,本文为IgA肾病的临床诊疗提供了新的方向。The theory of ministerial fire is an important part of the theoretical system of Traditional Chinese Medicine,which can not only explain the physiological and pathological phenomena of the human body but also serve as an important basis for syndrome differentiation and treatment.In this paper,the theory of ministerial fire was used to discuss the pathogenesis and treatment based on syndrome differentiation of IgA nephropathy.It was believed that the etiology and pathogenesis of IgA nephropathy were closely related to the theory of ministerial fire.According to the theory of ministerial fire and IgA nephropathy clinical characteristics,IgA nephropathy can be divided into the syndrome of the Yin-deficiency due to the emperor's fire and minister's fire do not intersect,the syndrome of the injury of Yin collaterals due to the ministerial fire of heat and humidity,the syndrome of the Qi and blood deficiency due to lack of ministerial fire,the syndrome of static blood due to lack of ministerial fire.Clinically,the effect of syndrome differentiation for IgA nephropathy under the guidance of ministerial fire is obvious.This paper provides a new idea for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of IgA nephropathy.
