摘　　要：骨肉瘤多药耐药(multidrug resistance,MDR)能够导致化疗失败,是影响治疗效果的主要障碍。MDR发生机制极其复杂且往往由多途径介导,主要包括化疗药物外泵增加、细胞解毒作用增强、细胞凋亡抑制等方面。随着研究的深入,中药在逆转肿瘤MDR方面的独特优势逐渐凸显,并受到国内外学者的广泛关注,对粉防己碱、姜黄素、三七皂苷R1、槲皮素、雷公藤甲素等天然活性成分的研究取得了一定的进展。本文对骨肉瘤MDR发生机制、逆转策略及中药在该方面作用的研究现状进行述评,以期为临床治疗提供重要依据。The occurrence of multidrug resistance(MDR)in osteosarcoma will seriously affect the clinical efficacy,and eventually lead to the failure of chemotherapy.The mechanism of MDR is extremely complex and often mediated by multiple pathways,mainly including the increase of external pump of chemotherapy drugs,the enhancement of cellular detoxification,and the inhibition of apoptosis.With the deepening of research,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)has a unique advantage in reversing MDR of tumor,which has been widely concerned by scholars at home and abroad.Some progress has been made in the research on natural active ingredients such as tetrandrine,curcumin,notoginsenoside R1,quercetin,and triptolide.In this article,we reviewed the current research status of mechanism of MDR in osteosarcoma,reversal strategies and the role of TCM in this aspect,in order to provide an important basis for clinical treatment.
