摘　　要：TB/T 3324—2021《铁路数字移动通信系统(GSM-R)总体技术要求》规定了GSM-R系统的业务、功能、设备、组网等总体性技术要求,适用于GSM-R系统的网络规划、产品设计和制造。介绍标准的修订背景、修订原则和主要修订内容,从Gb Flex技术、Abis接口IP化对承载网的要求角度,论述关键技术指标,并在GPRS承载ATO业务、BSC 1+1冗余、SIM卡远程管理应用等方面提出标准实施建议。TB/T 3324—2021 General technical specification for Global System for Mobile Communications-Railway(GSM-R)specified the general technical requirements of GSM-R system,such as service,function,equipment and networking.It is applicable to GSM-R system network planning,product design and manufacturing.The paper intro⁃duces the revision background,revision principles and main revision contents of the standard,discusses the key tech⁃nical indicators in detail from Gb Flex technology and the requirements of Abis interface over IP on bearer network,and puts forward suggestions on the implementation of ATO service over GPRS,BSC redundancy networking of 1+1,and SIM card remote management application.
