摘  要:在铅炭电池负极铅膏中添加香兰素,考察香兰素添加量对电池性能的影响。采用SEM对失效电池进行表征分析。在负极铅膏中添加香兰素,会导致和膏时用水量增加,以及铅膏的表观密度发生改变,最终影响电池在部分荷电态下的循环性能。添加香兰素可以降低电池在100%DOD循环下的电池失水量,延长电池寿命。The effect of vanillin on lead carbon battery performance was investigated by adding different proportions of vanillin into negative.The failed battery was characterized by SEM.The results show that the addition of vanillin to the anode lead paste will lead to the increase of the water and the change of Lead paste density,which will eventually affect the cycle performance of the partially charged state of the battery.Vanillin can inhibit the water loss of the battery in 100%DOD cycle mode and prolong the battery life.
