摘  要:高校开展辅导员和思政课教师协同育人的方式,对于人才培养中形成稳定机制和制度有着重要作用。当前高校辅导员和思政课教师协同育人方面还存在着各种问题,而这些问题极大程度地制约着协同育人的发展。因此本文将重点找出其中问题,并提出针对性的优化路径,希望能够为全面提高高校思政教育实效提供一定的参考。The collaborative education of college counselors and ideological and political teachers plays an important role in forming a stable mechanism and system in talent training. At present, there are still various problems in the collaborative education of college counselors and ideological and political teachers, which greatly restrict the development of collaborative education. Therefore, this paper will focus on finding out the problems and put forward countermeasures. It is hoped to provide some reference for comprehensively improving the effectiveness of ideological and political education in colleges and universities.
