摘　　要：基于网络嵌入性约束困境视角,本文以网络多元化方法针对我国轨道交通装备制造业联盟创新主体产业链活动构建技术重叠探索性与互补资产挖掘性网络,系统分析技术重叠与互补资产相互作用对创新绩效的影响机理及作用机制。研究结果表明:一方面,随着网络嵌入性约束困境加剧,节点融合中心性影响下的核心-边缘网络结构驱动创新主体逐渐增加网络间异质性资源搜索;另一方面,互补资产扮演企业因技术重叠程度不同而产生激进式技术变革的资源缓冲角色,以及重新审视企业技术重叠轨迹变化的棱镜折射角色。研究结论对网络嵌入性约束视角下创新主体提升创新绩效影响的具象路径具有重要实践意义。Based on the perspective of network embeddedness constraint dilemma,this paper uses the network diversification method to construct the technology overlap exploration and complementary assets exploitation network for the innovation main industry chain activities of RTEM alliance,systematically analyzes the influence and action mechanism of the interaction of technology overlap and complementary assets on innovation performance.The results show that,on the one hand,as the network embeddedness constraint dilemma intensifies,the core-edge network structure under the influence of node fusion centrality drives innovation agents to gradually increase the heterogeneous resource search among networks;On the other hand,complementary assets play the role of the buffer resource for enterprises to produce radical technology change due to the different degree of technology overlap,as well as the role of prism refraction for re-examing the changes in overlapping trajectory of enterprise technology.The research conclusions can help reveal on the concrete path on innovation performance from the perspective of network embeddedness.
