摘　　要：回顾性分析南京鼓楼医院集团宿迁医院收治的1例原发性输卵管术后发生恶性腹膜间皮瘤患者的诊治经过,以提高临床医师对多原发癌和恶性腹膜间皮瘤的进一步认识。异时性双原发癌的诊治需高度重视多学科会诊,早期的活组织病理诊断可使医护人员在对患者的诊治过程中降低误诊率,提高早期诊断率、改善预后。The diagnosis and treatment of a patient with malignant peritoneal mesothelioma after primary fallopian tube surgery admitted to Suqian Hospital of Nanjing Drum Tower Hospital Group was retrospectively analyzed in order to improve clinicians’understanding of multiple primary carcinoma and malignant peritoneal mesothelioma.The diagnosis and treatment of heterogeneous double primary carcinoma needs to attach great importance to multidisciplinary consultation.Early biopsy diagnosis can reduce the misdiagnosis rate,improve the early diagnosis rate and improve the prognosis of patients.
