摘 要:肿瘤是一种复杂的多因素疾病,死亡率位居全球前列,对人类的身心健康造成严重威胁。近些年研究发现GSDME介导细胞焦亡在多种癌症中发挥着重要作用,GSDME基因甲基化或许可以作为肿瘤特异性检测的生物标志物,能够在早期肿瘤阶段发现癌症,在肿瘤防治方面有特殊意义。GSDME介导的细胞焦亡与肿瘤的发生和发展紧密相关,可以抑制肿瘤、提高化疗药物敏感性及促进抗肿瘤免疫,且参与化疗的副反应过程。GSDME介导的细胞焦亡可以为肿瘤的研究提供一个新视角,并作为肿瘤临床治疗的新靶点。本文综述了GSDME作为肿瘤生物标志物的潜力、抗肿瘤作用及减轻化疗后副反应方面的前景。Tumor is a complex multi-factor disease with a mortality rate among the highest in the world,posing a serious threat to human physical and mental health.In recent years,studies have found that GSDME-mediated pyrolysis plays an important role in a variety of cancers.GSDME gene methylation may be used as a specific detection biomarker,which can detect cancer in the early stage of tumor,and has special significance in prevention and treatment.GSDME-mediated pyrolysis is closely related to the occurrence and development of tumors.It can inhibit tumors,improve the sensitivity of chemotherapy drugs,promote anti-tumor immunity,and participate in the side effects of chemotherapy.GSDME-mediated pyrolysis can provide a new perspective for tumor research and can be used as a new target for clinical treatment of tumors.This article reviews the potential of GSDME as a tumor biomarker,its anti-tumor effects,and its prospects in reducing side effects after chemotherapy.
