摘　　要：This article analyzes Charlotte Perkins Gilman’s Short Story "The Yellow Wallpaper". The inspiration for the story is Gilman’s experience, and the tragic marriage makes her more aware of society’s neglect of the female spiritual world. Based on the personal experience of the author of the short story, the background of the article creation, and the unique character plot setting,this article analyzes the theme of the rise of feminism in the short story.
