摘  要:基于无线传感网(WSN)技术设计了一种仓储环境监测原型系统。采用DHT11温湿度传感器作为温湿度测量节点,采用Risym火焰传感器作为火警预报节点,采用MQ-135空气质量传感器作为有害气体检测节点,通过综合利用Arduino UNO、NodeMCU与TLINK物联网云平台,将上述3种仓储环境监测节点的测量信息进行接收、汇聚、处理、无线传输与格式化显示,构成一个仓储环境检测无线传感网。测试结果表明,该原型系统使得仓库管理人员能够通过网络客户端或手机APP实时了解和监控仓库的综合环境信息,实现了预期的仓储环境检测功能。Based on wireless sensor network(WSN)technology,a prototype system for storage environment monitoring is designed.The DHT11 temperature and humidity sensor is used as the temperature and humidity measurement node,the Risym flame sensor is used as the fire alarm node,and the MQ-135 air quality sensor is used as the harmful gas detection node.By using the Arduino UNO,NodeMCU and TLINK cloud platform,the measurement letters of the three kinds of storage environment monitoring nodes are put forward.Receiving,gathering,processing,wireless transmission and formatting display to form a storage environment detection wireless sensor network.The test results show that the prototype system enables the warehouse manager to realize and monitor the comprehensive environmental information of the warehouse in real time through the network client or mobile phone APP,and realizes the expected storage environment detection function.
