摘　　要：犯罪心理画像通过犯罪嫌疑人遗留在案发现场的痕迹、物证,利用心理学、行为学、侦查学等理论对其进行分析研判,最终刻画出嫌疑人的心理画像,为侦查工作提供侦查方向和范围。通过研究归纳式犯罪心理画像和演绎式犯罪心理画像,依据犯罪嫌心理痕迹分析研究其心理画像,从心理画像的理论基础入手对犯罪心理画像在我国具体适用的步骤与方法进行阐释,描述了犯罪心理画像在现场勘查、案情分析等不同环节的应用,提出犯罪心理画像在实践中应用的建议。Through the traces and material evidence left by the suspect at the scene of the crime,the psychological portrait of the suspect is analyzed and judged by the theories of psychology,behavior science and investigation science,and finally the psychological portrait of the suspect is depicted,which provides the direction and scope of investigation for the investigation work.This paper studies it through inductive criminal psychological portrait and deductive criminal psychological portrait.According to the analysis of the psychological traces of criminal suspects,their psychological portraits are studied.Therefore,the author starts from the theoretical basis of psychological portrait.The specific applicable steps and methods of criminal psychological portrait in China are explained,and the scene of the crime psychological portrait in the application of the various links such as investigation,case analysis is described,and some suggestions on the application of criminal psychological portrait in practice are put forward.
