摘　　要：毕业论文质量作为衡量学生综合能力与素质的重要指标,直接反映着人才培养质量的优劣与人才培养模式的运行状况。近年来,公安院校生源质量与人才培养质量逐年大幅提升,但是毕业论文工作存在着部分论文质量协同提升不足与过程推进顺畅程度不佳等问题,部分培养主体对人才培养模式的认知有待深化,在课程设置、时间安排、过程监控等方面尚存优化空间。以新时代人才强国战略与高素质法治人才培养为引领,实现对人才培养模式各价值要求及相互关系正确认知的观念调适与引导,完成课程设置与考核标准调整的培养体系优化,实现高素质应用型人才培养目标。As an important indicator to measure students’comprehensive ability and quality,the quality of graduation thesis directly reflects the quality of talent training and the operation of talent training mode.In recent years,the quality of students and talent training in police colleges has been greatly improved year by year,but there are some problems in the graduate thesis work,such as the lack of coordinated improvement of the quality of some papers and poor smoothness of the process.The cognition of some training subjects on talent training mode needs to be deepened,and there is still room for optimization in curriculum setting,time arrangement and process monitoring.With the strategy on developing a quality workforce in the new era and the high-quality talent training under the rule of law as the leading,to realize the concept adjustment and guidance of the correct cognition of the value requirements and mutual relations of the talent training mode,to complete the optimization of the training system of curriculum setting and assessment standard adjustment,achieve the goal of high-quality application-oriented talent training.
