基于“1+X”证书的物联网专业群人才培养模式的构建与实现

摘　　要：本文以天津渤海职业技术学院物联网专业群为例,分析物联网服务业产业人才需求,梳理“1+X”证书的对接岗位和核心技能,构建了以校企合作为核心的“校企共育、课证共生”物联网专业群人才培养模式,并从课程体系构建、师资团队建设等角度探索了人才培养模式的实现路径和方法。Taking the Internet of Things professional group of Tianjin Bohai Vocational Technical College as an example, this paper analyzed the demand for talents in the IoT service industry, sorted out the docking positions and core skills of the "1+X" certificate, and constructed a talent training mode of "school-enterprise co-education and co-existence of curriculum and certificate" with school-enterprise cooperation as the core for IoT professional group. In addition, from the construction of the course system, construction of the teaching team construction and other aspects, this paper also explored the path of achievement and the method of training of talents.
