摘　　要：目的:了解2016-2017年东营市新生儿先天性甲状腺功能减低症(Congenital Hypothyroidism,CH)筛查情况,为预防和早期诊断CH提供科学依据。方法:新生儿出生721h充分哺乳6次后进行足跟采血,滴在Whatman S&S 19031滤纸上,且在规定时间内进行新生儿促甲状腺激素测定。对筛检阳性者使用化学发光法检测血清中的T4、FT4、T3、FT3及TSH。结果:东营市2016年-2017年共筛查新生儿79267例,其中健康新生儿79213例,确诊CH患儿54例,发病率1/1468。结论:东营市新生儿CH发病率高于全国平均水平,新生儿疾病加强筛查,对降低儿童智力障碍性疾病的发生具有重要意义。Objective:To understand the dongying city from 2016 to 2017 in neonatal congenital thyroid function to reduce disease(congenital hypothyroidism,CH)screening situation,to provide a scientific basis for prevention and early diagnosis of CH.Methods:Blood samples were obtained via heel prick from neonatal of 72 hours age following 6 sessions of breast-feeding,and applied to Whatman S&S 903 filter paper.And the determination of thyrotropin in neonates was carried out within the prescribed time.The T4,FT4,T3,FT3 and TSH in the positive patients serum were detected by chemiluminescence detection.Results:A total of 79267 neonatal underwent screening of CH between 2016 and 2017.Among them 79213 newborns were normal,54 neonates were diagnosed with CH,with an incidence of 1/1468.Con Clusi on:Neonates in dongying city area have higher incidence of CH than the national average level,strengthen the screening examination of diseases of newborn babies,to reduce the occurrence of mental disorder in children is of great significance.
