摘　　要：本文从我国现阶段家庭教育普遍缺乏父亲参与的现象出发,以国家对“家庭教育”的宏观部署为着力点,研究分析了父亲对孩子健全人格的形成、孩子良好习惯的养成、促进孩子成绩提高、孩子体质的增强等方面的重要作用,并深入分析了父亲缺乏参与家庭教育主动性的原因,以笔者所在学校的课题研究为参照总结归纳了提高父亲参与家庭教育主动性的策略,以期帮助家长树立正确的教育观念,掌握科学的教育方法,尊重子女的健康情趣,培养子女的良好习惯,为培养社会主义建设者和接班人共同发力。Starting from the phenomenon of lack of father’s participation in family education at the present stage in China, this paper studies and analyzes the important role of father in the formation of children’s sound personality, the formation of children’s good habits, the improvement of children’s performance, the enhancement of children’s physique and so on, taking the macroscopic deployment of "family education" as the focus. And father are thoroughly analyzed the cause of the lack of initiative participation in family education, the author’s research as reference to improve the father were summarized in family education initiative strategy, in order to help parents to set up correct concept of education, grasp the scientific education methods, respect their children’s health interest, cultivate children’s good habits, We will make joint efforts to train builders and successors of socialism.
