摘　　要：科技成果转化是高校科技工作的一项重要内容,将科研成果转化为优质本科教学资源,对于教学质量提升和人才培养提质至关重要。探究科研成果转化为教学资源的实现路径和保障机制,是高等教育教学改革需要解决的重要课题。本文分析了高校科研成果转化为本科教学资源的主要方式,探讨了转化过程中存在的问题和改进路径,提出了要建立和完善激励机制、评价机制和保障机制,通过机制创新实现科研成果转化为本科教学资源的长效机制,有效推动科研和教学的有机融合、互促互进。The transformation of scientific and technological achievements is an important content of scientific and technological work in university.Transforming scientific research achievements into high-quality undergraduate teaching resources is very important to improve teaching quality and strengthen talent training.This paper analyzes the basic ways of transforming scientific research achievements into undergraduate teaching resources,discusses the problems and improvement paths in the transformation process,and puts forward relatively perfect incentive mechanism,evaluation mechanism and guarantee mechanism,in order to provide valuable reference and reference for the rapid development of transforming scientific research achievements into undergraduate teaching resources.
