摘  要:在经济全球化背景下,不同文化背景的人们开展有效交际活动的前提是掌握目的语国家的文化,熟知并体验外国文化与本国文化所存在的差异,并且拥有较高的跨文化交际能力。然而在跨文化交际中却存在诸多的交际失误问题,导致跨文化交流质量与成效受到严重的影响。而通过明确跨文化交际失误种类及认知根源,可以帮助我们探究出科学合理的跨文化交际能力提升策略,提升交际者的认知能力与交际能力,为我国更好地促进中华传统文化输出、传承及宣扬奠定基础。Under the background of economic globalization, the premise for people with different cultural backgrounds to carry out effective communication activities is to master the culture of the target language country, learn and experience the differences between foreign culture and domestic culture, and have high cross-cultural communication skills. However, there are many communication errors in cross-cultural communication, which seriously affects the quality and effectiveness of cross-cultural communication.By clarifying the types and cognitive roots of cross-cultural communication errors, we can help us explore scientific and reasonable strategies to improve cross-cultural communication ability, improve communicators’ cognitive ability and communication ability,and lay a foundation for China to better promote the output, inheritance and promotion of Chinese traditional culture.
